One price we can state without meeting you.
Everything else depends on what you need, so we quote it after we have seen the brief rather than before.
Starter build
$1,000 TTD $150 USD
A landing page and a contact form. One-time, paid on the build.
- A landing page, designed from scratch for your business
- A contact form that hands the enquiry straight to your WhatsApp
- Mobile-first: built and tested on a phone before a desktop
- Your own domain connected, with SSL
- Basic SEO: titles, descriptions, social preview, sitemap
- Google-ready analytics wired in
- Two rounds of revisions before launch
Bigger than that?
Multi-page sites, product catalogues, booking flows, calculators, memberships: all of it is quoted per project. We would rather look at what you need first than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you in either direction.
The sites in our portfolio were each scoped this way. Send the brief and you get a real figure, in writing, before anything starts.
The monthly, after launch.
A site is not a one-time object. It has to stay online, stay current and stay secure. The monthly covers four things:
Hosting & domain
Your site stays online and your domain stays renewed.
Maintenance & small edits
Content changes, fixes and minor updates each month.
Backups & security
Uptime monitoring, backups, SSL and dependency updates.
Analytics & SEO reporting
A monthly report on traffic and how the site is performing.
$70 TTD / month $10 USD / month
What it costs: the monthly starts at $70 TTD ($10 USD) a month. Larger sites cost more to run, so the rate is confirmed to you in writing — the exact figure and the billing period — before any work begins. You are never billed for something you have not agreed to first. The monthly is part of every build: hosting, maintenance and the site itself stay with us, so there is one place responsible when something breaks.
Questions people actually ask.
What if I need more than a landing page?
Then it isn’t a starter build, and it gets quoted per project. A multi-page business site, a product catalogue or a booking flow all cost more than $1,000 TTD ($150 USD), and the honest thing is to look at what you actually need before naming a number. Every site in our portfolio was quoted this way.
Why is there a monthly fee at all?
A website is not a one-time object. Hosting costs money every month, domains renew every year, security updates ship constantly, and content goes stale. The monthly starts at $70 TTD ($10 USD) and covers all of that plus small edits, so you are not paying a fresh fee every time a phone number changes.
Can I take the code and host it myself?
We don’t hand over the source code for you to run yourself, and that is a deliberate decision about quality rather than a way to lock you in. A site we host is a site we can test, patch, back up and fix the same day something goes wrong. Once it is running on hosting we cannot see, we cannot stand behind it — and the person carrying the problem is you. So we do the whole thing: build it, host it, maintain it.
What happens if I want to leave?
You get everything. If you decide to move to another developer, we hand over the lot — the code, the domain, the assets, the accounts — and we help them pick it up. There is no hostage-taking here. Staying with us should be a decision you keep making because the service is good, not because leaving is painful.
How long does a starter build take?
It depends on how fast the content comes back. The build itself is not usually the bottleneck; waiting on copy, photos and logins usually is. We will give you a real date once we have seen the brief, not before.
Do you work with clients outside Trinidad?
Yes. Prices are shown in both TTD and USD, and everything runs over WhatsApp and email, so the time zone matters more than the address.
